4. Withdrawal and Refund Conditions
4.1 Cancellation Policy: • Cancellation up to 150 days before arrival: Full refund. • Cancellation up to 120 days before arrival: 50% refund. • Cancellation after 120 days before arrival or no-show: No refund. 4.2 Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a reservation, the customer must send a cancellation request via email to info@villajulia.it. The date of receipt of the request will determine the application of the above cancellation policy. 4.3 Refund: Refunds will be made by credit card or bank transfer. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking policies.
5. Booking Modifications
5.1 Modification Requests: Any requests to modify the booking (such as changing the stay dates, changing the number of people, etc.) must be sent via email to info@villajulia.it. Changes will be subject to availability and may incur additional costs. 5.2 Acceptance of Modifications: Booking modifications will be confirmed via email. The modified booking will be subject to the same withdrawal and refund conditions as the original booking.

6.1 Exclusion of Liability: Villa Julia will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the booking of a stay, including but not limited to economic losses or moral damages. 6.2 Force Majeure: Villa Julia will not be liable for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations in the event of events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, wars, terrorist acts, pandemics, or other force majeure causes.
